- Coordinating and overseeing schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management for the team
- Making arrangements for travel schedules and accommodations for company representatives to enhance travel effectiveness
- Compiling meeting materials, recording minutes, and assisting in the preparation and coordination of company gatherings
- Handling paperwork related to company's operations meticulously to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations
