    Are you an experienced HR Business Partner skilled in developing strategic HR services and aligning them with business objectives? We're seeking a dynamic professional to act as the primary HR contact for a specified population and location, provide support to managers and staff, collaborate with local management to develop HR functions, and ensure efficient HR operations.     key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR queries within a designated population and location.
  • Provide support to managers and staff regarding HR issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with local managers and site leaders to develop the HR function in alignment with global HR directives.
  • Drive business results by assisting in the implementation of people actions and interventions to support business strategy execution.
  • Deliver day-to-day HR services to employees and managers, offering consistent advice and support.
  • Manage personnel matters confidentially and efficiently, ensuring compliance with workplace regulations.
  • Support managers in implementing a cohesive people plan aligned with business strategy.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting headcounts and personnel costs.
  • Ensure best-in-class HR processes are applied across various functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Handle HR administration tasks including payroll management, employee benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Ability to anticipate, identify, diagnose and resolve employee issues affecting business performance

  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organisation
  • Knowledge of operational HR topics
  • Demonstrated exposure and understanding of general HR processes, tools and techniques

    qualifications
  • Educated to degree or equivalent level
  • Recognised HR qualification, legal qualification highly recommended
  • Extensive business and HR experience
  • Influencing and coaching skills
  • Able to build good working relationships whilst maintaining professional perspective
  • Employee Relations (collective and individual)
  • Good understanding (& practice) of employment legislation and policy / working practices, especially in Greece
  • Experienced in all HR disciplines, ability to work independently
  • Able to operate at strategic, tactical and operational level
