- provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, emails, and communications
- organize and maintain complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- act as a central point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- assist in the planning and execution of cultural events and projects, ensuring seamless operations
- prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support the CEO's initiatives
- oversee office coordination, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations
- handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality
- manage extensive travel arrangements for both the CEO and yourself, coordinating logistics for events, presentations, and business meetings
experience - at least 5 years proven experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
