- office operations: assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- administrative support: provide administrative support to various departments within the organization, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies
- event coordination: assist in the planning and coordination of events and programs aimed at supporting mothers in need, including workshops, support groups, and community outreach events
- volunteer management: help recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to assist with various projects and initiatives
- database management: maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database, including donor information, volunteer records, and program participants
- communications: assist with internal and external communications, including drafting emails, newsletters, and social media posts
- financial support: assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports
experience - previous experience in office administration role
