My name is Lydia Petsa, I am a Business Administration graduate, already experienced in customer-oriented roles in various companies, since April 2019 . This last year , my personal goal is to change my career path , and to be engaged in the HR field, as it combines the 2 things my work's purpose is based on : people and communication , as well as it includes the psychological factor that I love to work with. I am currently taking my primary steps into the HR world ,having accomplished an entry-level human resources-assistant role at a start-up company, and at the same time I am mastering a Human Resources Management certificated course, made by alumni-es of the University of Essex. I am endowed with excellent communication and organization skills, as well as IT systems' knowledge. I am also social, open - minded , a team-player and a non-stop learner!
