    Marsh Greece is seeking candidates to join us as Senior Manager / Business Leader based in the Athens Office.

    • Ensure the achievement of sales and operations targets.
    • Prepare and manage the company's budget and oversee cash flow.
    • Exceptional client management skills, solid presentation skills and ability to explain complex processes to an audience.
    • Responsible for leading HR policies and procedures, talent and performance management working closely with regional business leaders
    • Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients
    • Keeping up with current and possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace.
    • Actively promote the company's vision, strategy, and goals among employees and customers, fostering a strong sense of alignment with the company's mission
    • Guarantee adherence to Marsh's Company Values and internal policies and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure outstanding growth of the business unit
    • Keep abreast of Industry developments and trends, participate in events and conferences representing the Company and have a broad and powerful professional network;

    What you need to have:

    • Degree in Economics, Law or similar;
    • +15 years of proven experience in insurance / insurance brokerage industries
    • Extensive knowledge of insurance products and insurance brokerage market;
    • Experience in delivering advisory solutions;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Negotiating and Influencing skills
    • Fluency in both Greek and English languages.
