▪ Regarding after sales management, coordinated the aforementioned departments with necessary actions - procedures needed when tender – project won till those completed.
▪ Controlled all month end activities and postings in SAP regarding P&L and B/S. Provided all P&L and BS reporting, coordinated bookings and provisions based on company guidelines, identified variances against yearly budget, forecast and sales reviews (95% on average target achieved against sales reviews).
▪ Contract management of TCV (€6m on a yearly average). Coordination with legal, finance, service and logistics departments for all contracts’ terms, procedures of invoicing, revenue recognition, bid costs, cost controlling and analysis of any procedure necessary.
▪ Managed processes for weekly, budget, quarterly rolling forecasts and MTP regarding aforementioned key figures.
