Senior Professional in Finance & Business with 15+ years’ experience in the technology sector holding managerial roles in a multinational environment with customer orientation culture.

In my latest role as Business Controller & After Sales Manager for Greece, Cyprus and Israel; I was responsible for the controlling of all end month activities in SAP; providing also all P&L and B/S reporting; the contract management of a TCV related to 6M €. I managed the processes for weekly forecast, sales reviews, quarterly rolling forecasts, budget and MTP. I organized local sales meetings on a weekly basis with sales team in order to provide Country MD with information for decision making. I was responsible for the reporting.

 

In my previous role as Financial Manager of Service, I had similar responsibilities as that of Business Controller & After Sales Manager; however, dedicated to service department. I also acted as partner for finance, service and sales team. 

 

I have a Bachelor Hnrs Degree in Economics and Business Administration and an MBA. I speak Greek, English and some French. I am a member of ACCA.

Business Controller & After Sales Manager, Finance (Greece, Cyprus, Israel) 7/ 2014 – 7/ 2020
Reported to both Country MD and Head of Finance GR, CY, IL, managing a team of 6 people in finance, logistics, service and administration.
Main Responsibilities:
▪ Regarding after sales management, coordinated the aforementioned departments with necessary actions - procedures needed when tender – project won till those completed.
▪ Controlled all month end activities and postings in SAP regarding P&L and B/S. Provided all P&L and BS reporting, coordinated bookings and provisions based on company guidelines, identified variances against yearly budget, forecast and sales reviews (95% on average target achieved against sales reviews).
▪ Contract management of TCV (€6m on a yearly average). Coordination with legal, finance, service and logistics departments for all contracts’ terms, procedures of invoicing, revenue recognition, bid costs, cost controlling and analysis of any procedure necessary.
▪ Managed processes for weekly, budget, quarterly rolling forecasts and MTP regarding aforementioned key figures.
▪ Participated in sales and business reviews with Head of WEMEIA. Support in preparation of relevant documentation. Organized local sales meetings on a weekly basis with sales team in order to provide Country MD with information for decision making.
▪ Strategic analysis of any transformation phase indicated by HQ. Communication with relative departments.
▪ Due diligence. Audit of subcontractors according HQ requirements. Coordinator of 3pdd platform.
Key Achievements:
▪ Decisive role in winning major projects such as OTE Group (Cosmote, Germanos) Digital Signage of €7,5m (€5m H/W and €2,5m services); for 2015 – 2017 period.


Services’ Financial Manager (incl. Sales Operations), Service 7/ 2012 – 6/ 2014
(Greece, Cyprus, Israel)
Reported to Country MD and Head of Finance GR, CY, IL. Regarding service department structure; managed a team of 5 people (finance, logistics, service and administration).
Main Responsibilities:
▪ Acted as Business Partner between sales, service and finance departments. Arranged monthly meetings with MD for decision making. That included the role of Sales Operations Manager and all the relevant CRM and reporting activities regarding sales performance.
▪ Controlled all month end activities of service unit. Revenue ranged between €5m and €7m on a yearly basis; related to 20% PM and €1m OPEX.
▪ Provided all P&L and BS reporting, coordinated bookings and provisions based on company guidelines, identified variances against yearly budget and forecast.
▪ Established procedures to ensure efficient controlling and forecasting.
▪ Supported full Fujitsu (Greece, Cyprus, and Israel) entity budget, forecast and sales review’s submission.
▪ Project and contract management of any service tender won. Communication with legal department for all contracts’ terms. TCV of aforementioned figures included all major industries of Banking (Piraeus Bank €3m TCV on average); TELCO (OTE Group €4m TCV; Wind €2,5m TCV on average) and Public.
▪ Organized local company’s business processes and linked them with HQ guidelines and strategy.
▪ SAP local administrator.
