    He/She must have good organizational skills and the urge to promote an authentic, confident, visionary and customer focused face to existing and new clients and partners.

    Requirements Responsibilities Support the billing process and resolve discrepancies Monitor incoming payments and ensure proper posting Perform reconciliations Handle monthly and annual closings Verify, classify and record invoices, process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded Helping, when needed, with the handling of Ergani platform and the communication with social security and labor tax authorities Responsible for updating the Mydata platform in a regular basis Works closely with the other members of finance department on day-to-day inquiries and escalations, providing process support for payroll Develops and maintains a strong working partnership with counterparts within the organizations Qualifications 2 – 3 years of similar professional experience in the accounting department of a company or 5 years' experience in an accounting office BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field knowledge of accounting principles ang regulation Basic knowledge of tax and insurance legislation Hands-on experience with accounting and payroll software, ERPs (Pylon) Microsoft Office user, especially excel Excellent organizational, communicational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail Coordination and prioritization, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks Experience as user of HRMS is considered a plus Benefits In-house training & education Healthcare (private insurance) Paid training Attendance at conferences and events Competitive compensation package Excellent career prospects At ATCOM, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, fostering an inclusive work environment that values diversity.
