    Position Overview: As an Czech-Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Assistance: Provide on-site support to Czech-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, booking requests, and travel-related concerns.

    Communication: Leverage your fluent Czech language skills for effective, in-person communication, ensuring clarity and understanding.

    Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve customer concerns, aiming to exceed expectations and enhance their overall experience.

    Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our travel products and services, offering accurate information and recommendations.

    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken): Demonstrate your proficiency in Czech, ensuring effective communication with customers.

    Adaptability to On-Site Work: Showcase your ability to excel in an on-site work setting, emphasizing your commitment to providing outstanding service in person.

    Customer Service Experience (Beneficial but Not Mandatory): While previous customer service experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory and won't hinder your success in this role.
