    Bist du leidenschaftlich im Umgang mit Kunden und bietest gerne erstklassigen Support? Hast du auch ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine starke Serviceorientierung? Möchtest du die schöne Stadt Athen auf deine eigene Weise erkunden?

    Als Kundenberater im Bereich Kundenservice stehst du an vorderster Front und hilfst unseren Bankkunden bei verschiedenen finanziellen Fragen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die prompte Bearbeitung von Anliegen sowie die Pflege positiver Kundenbeziehungen durch freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation.

    Als Kundendienstspezialist in diesem Bankenprojekt gehören zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben:

    • Bereitstellung höchster Unterstützung für unsere Bankkunden per Telefon und E-Mail zu einer Vielzahl von finanziellen Themen
    • Bereitstellung genauer, gültiger und umfassender Informationen durch Einhaltung der richtigen Verfahren
    • Übernahme von Kundenanfragen, um eine zeitnahe Lösung und Antwort zu gewährleisten
    • Pflege bedeutungsvoller Beziehungen durch Beantwortung von Kundenfragen in höflicher, freundlicher und professioneller Weise
    • Übertreffen von Qualitätszielen im Kundenservice, Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Erreichen von Produktivitätszielen
    • Gestaltung einer außergewöhnlichen Kundenerfahrung, die von Menschen geschätzt wird und auf die wir stolz sind
    • Verantwortungsbewusste Umsetzung von Managementanweisungen und Bereitstellung konstruktiven Feedbacks nach Bedarf

    Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, benötigst du:

    • Muttersprachliches oder fortgeschrittenes Deutsch (C2)
    • Fortgeschrittenes Englisch (mindestens B2, idealerweise C1) in Wort und Schrift
    • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten - mit ausgezeichneten Telefongesprächsfähigkeiten, aufmerksamem Zuhören und überlegenen Schreibfähigkeiten
    • Analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Details
    • Bereitschaft zum Lernen und Weiterentwickeln, Neugier und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
    • Muss die EU-Bürgerschaft oder eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Griechenland haben
    • Lokaler Kandidat oder Bereitschaft zur Umsiedlung in das historische Athen, Griechenland
