- Develop, lead, and execute the procurement strategy of the organization
- Implement and monitor procurement policies, systems, and procedures
- Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders
- Manage and monitor both direct and indirect procurement functions, and various types of contracts (F&B, equipment, materials, disposables, 3rd party services, insurance contracts, utilities)
- Liaising with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
- Market research and sourcing of products, materials, and vendors
- Manage, handle, and monitor tendering process (RFPs/RFQs)
- Seek and manage the group's overall working relationships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance
- Closing of annual agreements with companies selling beverage products for each business unit
- Craft negotiation strategies and closing central deals with optimal terms
- Manage and control the annual Capex budget of each business unit
experience - 5 years of professional experience in a procurement department ideally in HORECA industry
- Experienced in vendor sourcing practices
skills - Strong leadership skills
- Strong PC Skills
- Very good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
qualifications - Ability to apply within negotiations, development of strategies and embarking upon sourcing improvement opportunities
- Very good understanding of accounting, inventory, budgeting, and procurement activities
- SAP module knowledge will be considered a strong asset
- University degree in Economics, Finance or relevant field
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of cost drivers
