    key responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Conduct meticulous inspections to verify the precise implementation of concealed works.
  • Evaluate initial cost estimates for accuracy in reflecting the scope and composition of required work.
  • Collaborate closely with constructors and contractors, ensuring precise and timely project execution.
  • Monitor technical and legal documentation pertinent to construction projects.
  • Take charge of material procurement for final finishing touches.

  • Highly developed negotiation skills for interactions with construction contractors.
  • Traits of responsibility, reliability, and proactivity.
  • Experience in addressing issues related to short-term rentals, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to foster enduring business relationships.
  • Self-motivation and the capability to work independently.
    qualifications
  • A specialized Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction management, engineering, architectural design, or related fields.
  • A proven track record of successfully completing projects on time, within budget, and meeting technical and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of B2.
  • Familiarity with construction management tools for overseeing processes, costs, plans, phases, and documentation.
  • The ability to effectively lead construction teams.
