- Prepare, review, and manage a spectrum of agreements, from RFP to Equipment Loan agreements.
- Lead negotiations and execution of Manufacturing and Supply Agreements (MSAs), ensuring the long-term supply security and business protection.
- Drive best procurement practices for robust negotiations and cost control, ensuring a continued supply of competitively priced products.
- Lead RFP and RFQ activities, developing sourcing plans aligned with the Supply Chain Strategy.
- Identify contractual risks, propose solutions, and minimize the impact of contractual issues and pricing discrepancies.
- Manage processes to monitor and maintain pricing, compliance, and incentive maintenance activities.
- Maintain a calendar and matrix of bids/offers, coordinating communication of contract development and execution status.
experience - At least 5 years of hands-on experience in contracts management and pricing
- At least 5 years of experience with toll and contract manufacturing service

qualifications - Bachelor/Master's in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in contracts management and pricing
- In-depth knowledge of financial metrics, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory operations
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
