Duty Manager Responsibilities and Duties: The Duty Manager at CYPRUS AIRPORTS (F&B)
LTD will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing daily operations during your shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Providing excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Supervising and leading front-line staff, inclusive of scheduling, training, and performance management. Resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively, striving for quick yet satisfactory resolutions. Guaranteeing that all services and products meet company quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality or restaurant sector.
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adept at problem-solving and decision-making. Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and quality management.Additional Requirements:
Availability for different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
