    We're currently looking for talented individuals who are fluent in Romanian to join a dynamic team in Greece. This role involves assisting customers with travel bookings and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

    If you're passionate about travel and customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to thrive in a fast-paced environment of our client company.

    The training for this role will be done onsite at the company's office, afterwards you may work remotely. The project is set to start on May 17, 2024, so immediate availability is required.

    Your responsibilities:

    Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
    - Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
    - Ensure Client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy;
    - Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;
    - Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
    - Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

    Requirements:

    - Native/fluent in Romanian language
    - Good level of English, C1;
    - Good Problem-Solving Skills
    - Strong troubleshooting skills
    - High school diploma or higher

    Residence permit for Greece or a EU member state citizenship is required to apply for this role.
