- Review and moderate user-generated content on platform, including but not limited to text, images, and videos.
- Evaluate content against company policies and guidelines, taking appropriate action when necessary, such as removing content or escalating issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and reports of inappropriate content promptly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to identify trends in content violations and recommend improvements to moderation policies.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Responsible and reliable attitude to secure that the daily adherence plan is being observed.
- Built up effective relationships to colleagues.
- Fluent level of Italian (C1)
- English skills (desirable)
- Strong understanding of online community standards and user behavior.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in content that may violate policies.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision and maintain productivity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus.
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Be a local candidate since it's an office based position, in Athens (Greece)
