    Position: M&A Generalist Associate 1-3

    Location: Athens, Greece

    Sector: Greek Coverage - Shipping & Real Estate M&A

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
    • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful deal outcomes.
    • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
    • 3-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance.
    • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in English and Greek is a must.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
