    Role Overview:

    As a German Content Moderator, you'll review and evaluate video content to maintain quality and compliance with standards. You'll collaborate with the content team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. Researching industry trends and ensuring alignment with company objectives are key aspects of the role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review ads to ensure compliance with processes and policies, including format, authenticity, and acceptability criteria.
    • Identify and swiftly address instances of fake content within advertisements.
    • Take necessary actions such as tagging labels and banning ads when they do not meet quality and compliance standards.
    • Maintain a high level of integrity within the advertising ecosystem to uphold platform reputation and user trust.
    • Analyze trends and patterns within different product and service industries to inform moderation processes.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and strategies.
    • Work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, contributing to the success of one of the world's most popular social media platforms.

    Qualifications:

    • C1/C2 proficiency in German
    • B2 proficiency in English
