Vi søger nemlig nu dansktalende kundeservicemedarbejdere til Thessaloniki for vores internationale klient.     Thessaloniki er den næststørste region i Grækenland med over indbyggere. Byen ligger omkring 500 km væk fra Athen. Byen har en rig historie, hvoraf en del af den gamle historie stadig findes i dag. Bortset fra de historiske højdepunkter, sÃ¥som det hvide tÃ¥rn, Galerius-buen og det imponerende Aristoteles-torv, kan Thessaloniki ogsÃ¥ beskrives som en livlig by.

    Arbejdsopgaver

    • Hjælpe danske seere gennem telefon og/ eller chat om kontostyring, faktureringsproblemer, indhold og grundlæggende navigering af websteder og applikationer
    • Giv konto og applikationssupport til vores seere, specifikt med hensyn til softwarefunktionalitet og fejlfinding af systemkonfigurationer og netværksindstillinger
    • Giv nøjagtige og realtidssvar til seerhenvendelser
    • Finde løsninger når et produkt har funktionsfejl
    • Giv fejlfindingstjenester og oplysninger om produkter
    • Kommunikere klart og påpasseligt med alle kunder

    Personlige kvalifikationer

    • Tidligere arbejdet med servicerelaterede stillinger
    • Motiveret og ivrig efter at lære
    • Villig til at flytte og tilpasse sig en ny kultur i Grækenland
    • Du besidder gode skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsegenskaber på dansk og engelsk
