    Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation to ensure the smooth and on-time delivery of goods
  • Communication with suppliers and customers regarding orders
  • Support clients in every stage of their contract by providing excellent customer service
  • Creation of orders, make necessary updates on systems, and monitor the status of the shipments
  • Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

    • Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a Back-office position, or sales
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
