- Create, maintain, and update data within the database (third parties, payment terms)
- Conduct tests in the ERP system to identify potential conflicts or issues that may arise
- Maintain records of executed changes in the system to provide updates when necessary
- Execute any project assigned by the line manager to enhance the quality of customer profiles
- Regular reporting to the line manager about daily tasks and duties
- Degree in business administration/ supply chain/ finance or any other related field
- Experience in project management field will be considered a plus
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a Back office position, or logistics
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
