    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Create, maintain, and update data within the database (third parties, payment terms)
    • Conduct tests in the ERP system to identify potential conflicts or issues that may arise
    • Maintain records of executed changes in the system to provide updates when necessary
    • Execute any project assigned by the line manager to enhance the quality of customer profiles
    • Regular reporting to the line manager about daily tasks and duties

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • Degree in business administration/ supply chain/ finance or any other related field
    • Experience in project management field will be considered a plus
    • Preferably 2 years of experience in a Back office position, or logistics
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Excellent knowledge of English
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Customer-centric approach
    • Critical thinking skills
    • Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
