    Im Auftrag unseres Kunden sucht motivierte deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), die sich für eine spannende berufliche Herausforderung in Griechenland begeistern können. Wir laden Dich herzlich dazu ein, Teil eines internationalen Teams zu werden und die Möglichkeit einer Auswanderung oder einer bereichernden beruflichen Auslandserfahrung in Griechenland zu nutzen

    Hier in Griechenland kannst Du Deine Stärken und Potenziale in einer der größten Fluggesellschaft der Welt ausbauen. Nach einem umfangreichen vergüteten Training wirst Du in Deiner Funktion als Travel – und Flight Consultant (m/w/d) den Reiseinteressenten bei Fragen rund um das Thema Flugbuchung beiseite stehen.

    Unser Partner bietet Dir ein überdurchschnittliches Gehalt, hervorragende Karrieremöglichkeiten sowie zahlreiche Vorteile und Rabatte eines Großunternehmens.

    Selbstverständlich übernimmt unser Partner hierbei auch die Flugkosten nach Athen und stellt Dir kostenfrei 4 Wochen ein Hotel zur Verfügung und hilft Dir parallel dazu eine geeignete Wohnung zu finden.

    Zusätzlich zu Deinem Gehalt erhältst Du für die ersten 6 Monate eine Mietpauschale in Höhe von 500 Euro monatlich.

    Deine Aufgaben:

    • Kundenkommunikation über Telefon & E-Mail
      • Montag - Freitag zwischen 09:00 Uhr und 19:00 Uhr
      • Keine Wochenenden
    • Bearbeitung von Stornierungen, Umbuchungen sowie Flugzeitenänderungen
    • Hilfestellung bei Kundenanfragen zu Gepäckbestimmungen, Sitzplätzen und Boardingzeiten
    • Kulanzbearbeitung
    • Weltreisen und weitere umfangreiche Reisen mit dem Kunden mitgestalten
    • Kommunikation mit diversen Fluggesellschaften und Flughäfen weltwe
    Dein Profil:
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Gute Englischkenntnisse
    • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger
    • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Servicementalität und Kundenorientierung
    • Interesse an Beratungsgesprächen, gepaart mit einer empathischen und professionellen Kommunikation
    • Gutes Zeit- und Organisationsmanagement
    • PC- und Internetaffinität sowie sichere MS-Office Kenntnisse
    • Bereitschaft für mindestens 6 Monate nach Griechenland auszuwandern
    • Mindesalter: 18 Jahre | Höchstalter 65+
