- Supervise the payroll procedures as well as the recruitment process, and make hiring decisions in alignment with the organization's needs and goals.
- Facilitating the smooth integration of new hires into the organization by coordinating orientation programs, providing necessary training, and ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement or development.
- Identify training needs within the organization, design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, and support career development initiatives.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure consistent application and adherence across the organization.
- Manage employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment through effective communication and mediation.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and employee welfare programs, to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and stay abreast of changes in legislation that may impact HR practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, fostering a culture of respect and belonging for all employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases, generating reports and analytics to inform decision-making, and ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
