    The Global Services Location EMEA, based in Belgrade, is serving the regions Western Europe, Middle East and Africa as an internal service provider, being responsible for the handling and execution of operational tasks within the organization.

    The GS EMEA's satellite is based in Thessaloniki, Greece and was founded in 2016.

    We perform global and standardized processes, mainly back office tasks for the internal customers, we employ more than 300 employees and we are now seeking for our company in Thessaloniki, the below role.

    Your Role

    The QSHE Expert / Lead is responsible to coordinate, implement and and manage all Quality, Safety, Health and Environment activities for the Kuehne+Nagel Global Services in accordance with Kuehne+Nagel regional and national QSHE requirements.

    The role is in charge of the Regulated Agent Security Program and must strictly adhere to all QSHE directives (including Business Code of Conduct, Ethical Conduct, etc.).

    The main functions of are: 1. QSHE functions, 2. Compliance + Security functions, 3. Training functions, 4. Audit functions.

    Your Responsibilities



    • Implement, monitor and track QSHE targets and programs on national level (incl. Kuehne+Nagel Solutions and customer implementation)
    • Monitor QSHE KPI performance on monthly basis (TIP tool, audits, H&S, Security, customer meetings, etc.)
    • Ensure the all sites and operations are in compliance with the security program and certifications are maintained
    • Consolidate and distribute QSHE national reports to key stakeholders
    • Monitor activities, follow-up and escalate poor QSHE KPI performance to national BUFU and regional QSHE
    • Lead/ support in investigation of QSHE incidents (H&S, quality issues, etc.)
    • Coordinate, manage, direct + support local QSHE representatives in all QSHE matters
    • Coordinate and host/accompany internal & external audits (Kuehne+Nagel Vendors, Customers, certification authority, etc.)
    • Initiate gap analysis, develop, improve and validate: process improvements, CAPA and training material
    • Initiate synergies among BU/FU through professional service support and secure cooperation with regional team
    • Setup of annual QSHE related training plan and perform trainings
    • Monitoring, support and communication of country specific Business Continuity Plan/Disaster Recovery
