We are looking for
Lithuanian speaking Customer Care representative to join our multinational outsourcing company in Greece.

What you will do:

• You will assist clients of wellknown brand names on their eventual issue through incoming calls and mails.
• You will be trained and constantly guided by your managers and your team.
• You will learn new processes, develop your language and communication skills, as well as work in a multinational enviromment.
• What you will learn with us will make you a valuable member of our team or any other team.

• Fulltime contract, 40 hrs/week (Rotating shifts)

DUTIES:

• Provide expert assistance to the clients through incoming calls, mails and/or chat.

This job is

• Are native or proficient in Lithuanian
• Have a previous experience in assisting people (Call Center or Physically)
• Have strong communication skills
• Are achievement and goaloriented, motivated and selfstarter
