As a physical education teacher, I can manage everything regards students. With excellent knowledge of Evolutionary psychology, Motor learning, manage to put in their lives physical activity and healthier way of living. Furthermore, my pedagogy model is democratic, with discussion, which makes my interlocutor build neural coherence (feelings and cognition and/or imagine and cognition) regards to a good or bad stimulus (human or environment). Also, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD) athletes asking my support for helping them understand and control their physical and mental function.

As a head coach, my philosophy pointing to a person as a personality and with that guide individually is treated case by case. For youth athletes, guidelines given to the parents how to manage them. In the end, I’m using many protocols such us, Team cohesion, Social acceptance, Physical therapy evaluation, Test of attentional and interpersonal style, Cope strategy, ect.,

 It is well known that physical activity and sports helps the human body not only physiological but psychological, sociological and cognitively as well. With this rule, the personality getting more active in thinking and reacting. 

Few words about me

In 2005 I graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, department of Physical Education and Sport Science and my thesis was on Sports Marketing-Management which was based on statistics. At this present moment I’m making my Master Thesis in governance of Sports.

• As a coach/ Physical education teacher

Since 2005 I’m working as a coach in sport of archery. Between that times I have had many athletes from different sports such us handball players, marathon and ultra marathon runners, triathletes. 

As head coach of Greece’s archery national team since 2014, I have secured a world title, 4 European championships and several European cup’s medals.

I can be the medium chain between health specialists (doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists and sports psychologist) I’m able give the above services in first degree and collaborate with those specialists. Also I’m able to teach the following partitions
