Commercial Director, Advanced Automation Systems (A.A.S.) and Gulfdrip FZE: Heading commercial activity of two 100% extrovert companies. 

A.A.S. – technology for the production of drip irrigation: Re-inventing with the CEO the commercial strategy of the company and its value proposition, change of focus in international markets, re-launching the company’s image. Identifying business opportunities, transforming them into projects and driving them to success. Establishing and expanding strategic relations with key partners. Aligning R&D, Engineering and sales to tailor customer needs’ oriented propositions.

Gulfrdip – trading of drip irrigation: implementation of pull marketing strategy for the increase of sales of AAS. Established network of dealers in Europe, CIS, MENA, LATAM and North America with the objective of fully utilizing the production capacity of key partners as well as increasing the demand for AAS produced components. Generating demand that would lead to further investment requirements from the the partners’ side to be fulfilled by AAS technology.

Director of Sales, EEME BU, Rivulis Eurodrip: Head of International Sales Team of 9 Managers plus two Local Sales Teams (Greece and Egypt) of 11 people. Re-orientate team from push to pull strategies and re-focus from distribution to Turn Key Projects. Navigate and guide Dealer network, Sales, Customer Service and Engineering teams through the merger integration process achieving the primary goal of the merger’s 1st year of “1+1>2” in 2017, and growth of 12% in 2018. Achieved critical sales threshold for the establishment of manufacturing JV in Russia in 2019, negotiated with alternative partners, short listed them and prepared joint Business Plan . BoD member of Group’s companies in Greece and Egypt.

Group International Sales Director, Eurodrip Group: coaching, directing and managing Sales Team to maximize results and achieve targets. Responsible of Marketing, Customer Service and Projects’ Engineering & Design. Primary input and key contributor into R&D for new products and manufacturing intelligence. Consistently delivering more than one third of the Group’s revenue and more than one third of its profitability. Establish and develop strategic relations with customers and suppliers. Strategic penetration in key emerging markets (Central and South America, MENA, CIS, Asia), Identification of business opportunity, market penetration, development of relations with potential partners and successful establishment of two subsidiaries in Peru and Chile. Coordination of international sales of seven production hubs (Greece, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, USA, Peru and Chile). BoD member of Group’s companies in Peru and Chile.

Area Sales Manager, Eurodrip S.A. Business development in West Europe and MENA. Establish business relations with selected reference distributors in each market, set up and monitor authorized distribution contracts. Set up engineering project for the development of new products in cooperation with Mechanical Engineering Department of NTUA. 

Group Product Manager, Film and Adhesive Tapes, MJ Mailis S.A., Solid understanding of customers / market / trends and competition, new marketing and market penetration strategies, strategic pricing management, new product specifications, close coordination with marketing communications, training of sales force and distributors, investment recommendations, P&L responsibility up to consolidated Group GPM. Responsible for three factories and four conversion facilities.

Group Product Manager, Adhesive Tapes, MJ Mailis S.A. Field of responsibility as above, only for adhesive tapes. Responsible for Group’s production site and two conversion facilities.

Area Export Manager, ANKER S.A. Field of responsibility: sales and market share development of African, Middle East, Scandinavian, South American and Oceanian countrιes for ANKER S.A
