Fire Bird Hospitality S.A operates internationally with a presence in Greece, China, and the USA. The company offers comprehensive services to hotel owners, including institutional and private investors, with a primary focus on optimizing the use and enhancing the value of hotel assets. Services range from hands-on development and hotel management advisory to third-party management and lease solutions. Fire Bird Hospitality also considers selective investments in hotel acquisitions.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Hotel Agent located in Athens. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties such as welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with inquiries. The role involves managing incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, processing reservations through extranet and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The agent will contribute to creating a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and effective handling of incoming and outgoing calls
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest inquiries
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Experience handling Reservations and familiarity with related systems
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site role and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality sector is preferred
This role is only for residents in Athens Greece and with valid work permit in Greece
