  • Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date product dossiers, including applications for new product licenses and formulations to health authorities or supporting customers to the relevant documentation needed, ensuring compliance wi
  • Audit Support: Assist with customer and regulatory audits, including preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Training: Provide training on assigned procedures.
  • Documentation Management: Collaborate with QA to maintain quality policies and manuals.
  • CAPA Management: Manage corrective and preventative actions.
  • Quality Reporting: Produce quarterly reports on product quality trends.
    experience
  • At least 2-4 years in a Quality Assurance position
    qualifications
  • University degree preferably in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Engineer or similar scientific disciplines
  • Compliance with requirements that related to the appointment as Qualified Person (QP) in accordance with EU or regional regulations (e.g., article 49 of EU Directive 2001/83/EC) is preferable.
  • Excellent Greek and English oral communication and scientific writing skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office focused to Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills, excels in teamwork, and effective at communication internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving orientation.
