- Organizing and monitoring day-to-day operations and controls for a perfect stock accuracy
- Supporting the team on processing all incoming and outbound product flows
- Initiating and contributing to projects aimed at improving warehouse efficiency
- Proposing actions to improve future stock takes results (methods, tool, training) and reduce shrinkage
- Ensuring compliance with standardized operational procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborating with IT and warehouse teams for a seamless transition to the new Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensuring perfect synchronization between physical and system-based flows (receiving, transfers and shipments, returns etc.) and between MM (SAP) and WMS (Manhattan)
- Investigating root causes and solving Desynchro issues
- Assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of WMS issues
- Managing inventory levels and discrepancies during the transition
- Designing and implementing new warehouse procedures with interconnected teams
experience - Project management experience, ideally in warehouse management tool implementation projects, would be an advantage
- Previous experience in Warehouse Management, supporting WMS transitions will be a plus
skills - Strong Excel skills, SAP experience will be considered a plus
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English (written & oral)
- Organizational skills and prioritization skills
- Learning agility and motivation
qualifications - BSc or MSc Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a relevant field
