    key responsibilities

  • Participate in equipment procurement by providing support, overseeing orders, and managing receipt processes
  • Oversee the coordination of equipment maintenance and calibration schedules alongside the Head of Production and Head of Quality Control
  • Take appropriate measures in the event of equipment and system malfunctions, including liaising with manufacturers and vendors as needed
  • Ensure adherence to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring both quality and quantity standards
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the application study and suggest improvements as necessary
  • Provide full-time supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations
  • Collaborate with selected construction companies to develop and finalize the Construction Time Plan
  • Monitor the construction project plan closely, prevent potential delays, and collaborate with construction companies on corrective measures
  • Maintain comprehensive project reports encompassing construction progress and material usage

    qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in industrial and/or pharmaceutical projects is preferable
  • Able to read and understand electrical and mechanical CAD drawings is preferable
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); use of Microsoft Project will be a plus
