- Streamlining sales order processing to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Orchestrating seamless deliveries and returns in collaboration with the 3PL warehouse partners.
- Communicating with the warehouse and customers, regarding any delivery issues that may arise.
- Managing the posting of delivery notes, invoices, and credit notes with attention to detail.
- Keeping all the customers informed with precise delivery estimations.
- Controlling customers' Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to accommodate modifications to sales orders efficiently.
- Maintaining up-to-date departmental reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
experience Proven previous experience in supply chain at least 3-5 years.

qualifications - BSc Degree in Business Administration or Logistics/Supply Chain.

- Knowledge of ERP system. Knowledge of SAP B1 will be considered as a great asset.
- Proficient oral and written command of the English language.
