KG Law Firm, a fully integrated, leading Greek law firm dating back to 1930's and recognized as one of the most prestigious law firms in Greece, is seeking to recruit a motivated Associate lawyer to join our Firm.

Preparing client alerts, regulatory newsletters, and briefing notes on legal and corporate compliance updates in cooperation with the team leader.
Providing legal support on structuring business transactions and drafting various commercial agreements (shareholders' agreements, services agreements, share/asset transfer agreements, etc.).
Cooperating with associates from other legal disciplines, such as GDPR, IP, Tax, Employment, Litigation, Banking and Finance.Providing legal support in day-to-day corporate law matters for the companies and/or their investors (e.g., drafting and reviewing board and shareholder resolutions as part of corporate governance support).
Providing legal support on more complex corporate matters, including restructurings, reorganizations, and similar transactions.Conducting due diligence on corporate and/or project agreements.
Transaction support in M&A and project development projects.
Managing correspondence, tracking ongoing assignments, and following up with clients.
Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with a prominent client base.
Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics
Bachelor's degree in law.
Master's degree in Business Law, Commercial & Corporate or another relevant field.
Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.
Proven track record of at least 3 years in corporate and commercial law and/or transactions law.
Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written).
Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail.
