Rokas law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate lawyer to join its Athens offices, with a strong focus on Corporate & Finance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high level legal advice on Corporate Law (including M&A transactions)
Advise international and national financial institutions and large corporations on domestic and cross – border financing transactions
Draft, review and negotiate complex loan agreements, corporate finance contracts and related financial instruments
Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence in the context of corporate and financial transactions
Prepare accurate and commercially oriented legal analyses and reports for clients
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams on complex transactions
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law
Postgraduate studies, preferably in Corporate and Finance Law
6-8 years of experience as a full-time practicing lawyer
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
Strong client – service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team
High ethical standards and strict commitment to confidentiality
