Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Paros, Greece. As a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and operational expertise in hospitality management, you will ensure exceptional guest service and efficient departmental performance while driving service excellence and team engagement.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa/Wellness, and Guest Services.
- Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in compliance with hotel standards, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
