Job summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of the hotel.Key Accountabilities: Provide overall coordination and leadership of daily hotel operations across all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution Ensure the consistent implementation and adherence to all operational policies, procedures and service standards across the hotel Drive the achievement of agreed performance indicators, including guest satisfaction, quality benchmarks and financial objectives Support and actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, training and continuous development of hotel employees,
- Degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum of three years experience in a senior operational role within a hospitality environment
- Strong computer literacy with solid knowledge of hotel systems
- Excellent command of Greek and English both written verbal; knowledge an additional language will be considered an asset
