- Translate business and technical requirements into technical proposals;
- Architect technical solutions for the company's government customers around the world;
- Coordinate technical resources across the company to design optimal technical solutions;
- Ccommunicate and design solutions with software vendors and suppliers;
- Collaborate with Bid Managers driving the sales cycle on technical strategy;
