Dear Sir/Madam, 

I'm writing to express my interest in the human resources position at your company. As a graduate of the American College of Greece-DEREE with a BA in Psychology I believe I meet the academic criteria required for this role combine with a strong passion for fostering positive work environments and supporting employees' growth, I believe my skills and enthusiasm make me a great fit for this role. During my studies at DEREE, I actively participated in student organizations, where I gained practical experience working with diverse teams and managing interpersonal dynamics. These experiences honed my ability to effectively communicate, listen, and collaborate with individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives. I am confident that these skills will enable me to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment at your company. Furthermore, I completed an internship at KESETHES Organization with Dr Athanasiou where I supported the HR team in various tasks, such as following the daily program that my supervisor set up, development of websites about campaigns regarding the organization, research and writing articles posted on the website, contact with costumers, and tracking KPYs. Even though my experience working for the Human resources sector has so far been limited, I am very interested and motivated to evolve on the field. My previous experiences have taught me how to build strong relationships with all the departments in an organization. My working experience so far has provided me with strong communicational skills, managerial competencies and analytical capabilities. Having worked in teams, I gained valuable insight into collaboration approaches, crisis management and contributed to resolving difficult situations by keeping a positive standpoint. Being committed to lifelong learning, I am eager to leverage by engaging in a professional setting.
