Alexandros Daskalakis

My name is Alexandros Daskalakis, I am at the age of 23 located in Greece. 

I’m an enthusiastic and dedicated Chef de Partie with 3 years of hands-on experience working in fast-paced kitchens. I've honed my skills in a variety of environments, thriving under pressure and always focused on delivering high-quality dishes. My experience has given me a solid understanding of kitchen operations, from preparing and plating dishes to maintaining health and safety standards.

I’m looking to bring my passion for cooking and commitment to excellence to new opportunities abroad. Over the past 3 years, I’ve worked in  high-volume kitchens in Malia and Hersonissos, Crete, specializing in à la carte menus. 

These roles have taught me how to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in every dish I prepare. I've gained invaluable experience working with diverse teams, managing multiple orders at once, and ensuring that each plate meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. The dynamic nature of these environments has sharpened my ability to stay organized, efficient, and adaptable – skills I am eager to bring to my next challenge abroad.

I graduated from culinary school in 2025 in Greece, where I received a strong foundation in classical cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety. 

My education was hands-on, and I had the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs, learning the essentials of flavor profiles, presentation, and the art of creating memorable dishes. This solid training laid the groundwork for my career, fueling my passion for food and inspiring me to pursue a career in high-pressure, fast-paced kitchens.
