Alexandra Daniil

 I am a Legal associate in the law firm associated with EY Greece since November 2021. I am a corporate lawyer with a focus on competition law and compliance. My main practise focuses on day to day business issues, drafting/ reviewing contracts, bylaws, corporate resolutions, PoAs, corporate transformations, SPAs, drafting and reviewing corporate policies, support companies to internal and external audits etc. I have strong negotiation, organisational and communication skills. I speak English, greek, german, Italian and French. 

My experience focuses on corporate law, competition law and compliance, distribution agreements, M&As, and pharmaceutical law, 

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a master‘s degree in corporate law and finance from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a LLM from University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.
