Job summary
We are seeking a Cost Controller to join our team at Conrad Corfu. The successful candidate will monitor and control food & beverage costs across all outlets, ensure accurate pricing of items, conduct stock counts and cash/quantity audits in F&B and retail outlets, track sales performance, including special events and staff incentives.
