- Problemen te identificeren en effectieve oplossingen te bieden om klanttevredenheid te garanderen
- Klantgegevens nauwkeurig te registreren in het CRM-systeem
- Waar nodig ad-hoc ondersteuning te bieden
- Een teamspeler te zijn en samen te werken voor het succes van het team en het project
- Je bent een moedertaalspreker van het Nederlands met een goed niveau van het Engels
- Je bent professioneel, vriendelijk en hebt inlevingsvermogen
- je bent zeer betrouwbaar, hebt een groot aanpassingsvermogen, leert snel en hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen
- Je bent zelfstandig en proactief om van thuis uit te werken
- Je bent een snelle leerling en staat te popelen om nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen
- Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice is een groot voordeel
- EU-burgerschap of een geldige werkvergunning voor Griekenland is vereist
- Een fulltime baan, 40 uur per week, volledig thuiswerkend (moet zich in de omgeving van Athene bevinden)
- Salaris: 1200€ bruto per maand x 14 salarissen per jaar + prestatiegerelateerde bonus tot €200 per maand
- Rooster: beschikbaar om te werken in roterende ploegen van maandag tot zondag tussen 12 uur 's ochtends en 11 uur 's avonds
