As an Agile Delivery Lead you will Guide one or more Scrum teams Monitor delivery flow teams ensure timely accurate execution roadmap items maintaining inter-team alignment Promote Scrub / Agile principles stakeholders drive process improvements Coach Product Owners team members business leaders Participate share knowledge Chapter promote best practices Remove impediments distractions optimize performance Support agile transformation encourage adopt agile values apply Scrub Capture report performance metrics What you'll bring Our ideal future co-worker strong team player promotes transparency cooperation with agile mindset has strong sense ownership University College Degree Computer Science relative field Previous working experience as a Scrum Master technology environment Understanding Language Applications previous experience developer will considered asset Strong facilitation skills both verbal written communication Ability communicate clearly concisely across technology business teams Active participation culture teamwork quality Fluent English oral written.
