Job summary
We are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team. As a Logistics Officer, you will be delivering successfully and in a timely manner the material and equipment packages assigned as per Purchase Order requirements or Project Procurement Plan.Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, organize and control delivery of material, equipment, parts etc. from vendor's origin to project sites by deploying most efficient transportation mode (land, sea or air), and by utilizing established frame agreements with Service providers at the balance of safety, costs ,and time. ,
- Provide effective interface between Project Management Team or any other Site Team and appointed service provider to ensure all expected logistics deliverables are achieved. ,
- Administer and retain transport/shipping and other statutory documentation i.e. custom forms exemptions approval etc.to meet audit legal requirements. ,
