As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our global sales operations. The role is central to ensuring efficient quotation processes, seamless coordination between sales, technical and finance teams, and high-quality customer communication. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment, takes ownership of tasks and contributes directly to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview
As a key member of the Sales Team, you will play a critical role in supporting commercial activities and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing quotations in alignment with customer requirements, internal procedures and commercial strategy
- Coordinating closely with Sales Managers, Technical Teams and Logistics dept to ensure accurate pricing, product configuration and order processing
- Monitoring sales pipelines, following up on pending quotations and supporting deal progression
- Processing sales orders and ensuring proper documentation and system updates
- Maintaining clear, professional communication with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the shipping industry, preferably within the Marine Electronics or maritime technology sector
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes
- Tech-savy with excellent command of English; experience with SoftOne ERP or CRM systems will be considered an asset
- Experience with Public Tenders will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and professional attitude
- Proactive, solution-oriented and eager to develop within a fast-growing international maritime technology group
