Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Athens, for a Front Desk Receptionist. Responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, handling phone calls with professional etiquette, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. The role requires maintaining an organized reception area and effectively coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management required.
Excellent communication skills (Greek - English required - at least one other language will be highly valued)
Organization, proficiency in MS Office, and minimun of 3 years experience in hospitality.
Experience in a receptionist-front office role.
Strong customer service orientation, professional appearance, and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
