    Scientific Gases Sales Specialist

    To drive innovation and support scientific advancement by providing high-quality scientific gases and laboratory engineering services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients in the pharmaceutical, academic, and industrial sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales and Business Development:
      • Identify and target potential new customers within the pharmaceutical, academic, and industrial sectors.
      • Present, promote, and sell scientific gases and related services to new and existing clients.
      • Achieve sales targets.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, laboratory managers, and procurement teams.
      • Conduct regular visits to client sites to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Understand the product portfolio, including the applications, and handling requirements of scientific gases.
      • Provide technical guidance to customers, ensuring they select the best products and services for their operations.
      • Collaborate with technical teams to address customer queries and troubleshoot any issues.
    • Market Analysis and Strategy:
      • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share.
    • Reporting and Administration:
      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status in the CRM system.
      • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Education:
      • A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field is preferred.
    • Experience:
      • Proven experience in sales, preferably in laboratory-related products or services.
      • Familiarity with laboratory operations and the applications of scientific gases is highly desirable.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
      • Personality mainly focused on capturing new customers, while maintaining existing ones.
      • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Other Requirements:
      • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
