    Job Description Our Client is a world-leading manufacturer in the Oil & Gas/Infrastructure/Energy Industry.

    For their growing operations in Viotia, they are looking for a 'Logistics Manager' to contribute to their exponential growth.

    Your Responsibilities:
    Manage compliance with HSE, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications.

    Attend Daily meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken.

    Participate in process analysis and implementation of actions for improvement.


    Provide oversight for budgetary, scheduling, and project databases, and report regularly to the Senior Manager about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules.

    Consult with various internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for improvements of the intra-logistics network.


    Ensure that inbound and outbound products, inventory, machinery, and FTEs (Company and/or Subcontractor) are allocated efficiently and cost-effectively to meet the service level of the Logistics Dept.

    Work to plan, control, and implement the storage and flow of products, materials, information, or services.


    Responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling stock levels, and intra-logistics costs, supervising staff and their tasks, organizing and executing projects, and implementing safety protocols.


    Your profile:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Logistics.


    3-6 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a heavy industry environment, while experience in project management or a people management role will be considered a plus.

    Experienced with integrated software applications (SAP).

    Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations (including maritime, over-the-road, rail, customs, and warehousing).

    Advanced English skills are a must.
