Job summary
The Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum performance of their assigned NPLs Wholesale portfolio by providing appropriate and personalized solutions.- Reviews cases (including financial statements analysis, business plan analysis, collateral analysis etc.) and formulate restructuring strategies in line with the portfolio owner business plan -or NPE plan,
- Coordinates legal actions for the efficient management of non-performing exposures in cooperation with Competent Units of the Company and external partners
- Negotiates preferable solution with debtor and other creditors,
- Solves debtors' requests as well as proposals that concern restructuring of their debt
