Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα ήταν υπεύθυνος για την διαχείριση και έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων μέσω εισερχόμενων κλήσεων και λοιπών καναλιών επικοινωνίας του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Απόφοιτοι ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/AEI.
- Άριστες δεξιότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας.
